I’m a holistic massage therapist based in the beautiful Peninsula, NSW, offering therapeutic support for body, mind, and spirit.

With a calm, grounded presence and over five years’ experience, I create a nurturing space where healing unfolds naturally — whether in the comfort of your own home or a peaceful local setting. I believe that massage is more than physical therapy; it’s also emotional care.

Every session is guided by intuition, compassion, and respect for where you are in the moment. I listen not only with my hands, but with my heart — attuning to your energy, your breath, and the subtle signals your body shares. Whether you're holding emotional tension, moving through life changes, or simply seeking stillness, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and gently restored.

Each treatment is personalised, drawing from holistic techniques that release physical discomfort while encouraging emotional balance, relaxation, and clarity.

Starting at $120.00

Relaxation therapy treatments are designed for those seeking nurturing and gentle care, and incorporates the use of essential oils.

We provide a supportive environment that fosters healing for your body, mind, and spirit, incorporating techniques from massage and Reiki traditions.

Deep tissue massage targets specific areas where tension and stress is present.

Deep tissue massage provides many benefits in helping you with injury, chronic pain and specific diseases.

Starting at $330.00 per 3 hour blocks (with a minimum of 3 hours)

Book in your staff, family or friends to relax, breathe and take a moment out of their busy schedule.

The benefits are to take a break so they can refocus and progress through the rest of the day with a clearer mind.

With these moments they are given, a brief but effective massage. They will feel happier, better balanced and more productive.

Lomi Lomi Massage

Starting at $120.00 for 1 hour or 1.5 hours for $180.00.

These massages allow you to be treated by a more gentle to medium touch, I focus on your heart within my flow and energy coming from me to you. The overflowing wave techniques that follows the flow of the gentle lapping of the ocean in a calm and nurturing manner.

This massage relieves muscle tension, releases emotional and physical pain from trauma and emotional pain allowing the process to heal your heart and soul on a different level

The flow of the ocean guides you to a deep soul searching experience of full embodiment to release built up pressure from your journey and discovery from past experiences.
